How to return

Send an email to our customer service at info@shapeit.dk who will assist you with the return or exchange. If you wish to return, you need to use our return label, which deducts 50 DKK from the refund amount. Our return label is insured package mail, so you are insured if your return package gets lost during shipping.

Pack your items securely and attach the return label to the package. The package can be submitted at locations that accept packages to be sent with Postnord.

Before you send a return

• For hygienic reasons, we cannot exchange or accept returns on underwear. It is also not possible to return or exchange food items.
• We expect the item to be in the same condition as when we sent it
• You may lose your purchase amount, fully or partially, if: You have actually used the item, how or marks on the product, the item smells of smoke or detergent/perfume

Your store credits can be used to get discounts on future purchases. Once you have received your store credits, you can apply them at checkout. Enter the code in the discount code field, and the amount will automatically be deducted from the total.
